Fioricet

Fioricet had been tested and approved by FDA in 1984 to treat tension headaches. There are no known tests to prove that Fioricet is good for migraine headaches however people with migraines felt better after taking Fioricet. There are warning associated wit the use of Fioricet and it is a potential substance for abuse. With these concerns, doctor’s carefully monitor their patients after prescribed Fioricet to make sure that there is no over usage. This medication should not be taken along with alcohol. People with inherited porphyria, a metabolic disorder that affects the nervous system, liver or bone marrow are not allowed to take this medication.
